Xinggu Budian

Data Analyst (Dec 2023–Sep 2025)

Xinggu Budian was born in Sichuan, Liangshan, China, and graduated in Economics from Peking University. He went on to complete his training as an IT specialist for data and process analysis in Germany.

He possesses extensive skills in data analysis, date science and data processing. During his work at TU Berlin, he was part of the Distributed Systems and Operating Systems research team in the Faculty of Computer Science, focusing particularly on Big Data and machine learning. He has distinctive experience in data-based regional systems analysis with a focus on science and technology, economics, and social politics.
