Visiting Scholar Marco Sgarbi joins the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science to work with Research Group Leader Matteo Valleriani by means of the Alexander von Humboldt foundation. His project at the MPIWG, "Medical Epistemology in Renaissance Italy: Theory and Practice," will run until April 2022.
The Humboldt foundation supports researchers of all academic fields and aims to strengthen Germany as a science hub through international research exchange. The outstanding scholars sponsored by the foundation carry out a research project in Germany with a host and cooperation partner of their choice.
